Coming from a creative agency background, in 2003 she founded the multi-disciplinary design consultancy Hart D'Lacey UK. Later expanding in to the Middle East establishing Hart D'Lacey UAE.
Her role included setting strategic and creative direction and implementing operational performance, marketing and commercial vision.
She is now an independent business and brand mentor, leading and driving business transformation. Informed by insight and analysis, she guides brands,individuals and groups to leverage their products, services and people through the implementation of positive strategies.
